Upgrading your subscription

Upgrade from Free to Pro or Expert, or move from Pro to Expert, by choosing a plan, payment option, and checkout method.

Upgrading your plan gives you access to more features, higher AI token limits, and more storage. The steps differ depending on your current plan. Find your situation below.

Upgrading from the Free plan

Use this path if you're currently on the Free plan and want to move to a paid plan.

  1. Click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.

  2. Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.

  3. Click Upgrade and select the plan that fits your needs (Pro, Expert, or Max).

  4. Choose your billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly). If you have a promo code, add it on the Promo Code field.

  5. Add your payment method.

  6. Click Upgrade Now and complete the payment before leaving the page.

Changing your billing frequency

Use this path if you're on a paid plan and want to switch between monthly and yearly billing.

  1. Click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.

  2. Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Choose between monthly or yearly billing and follow the prompts to confirm.

Upgrading to a higher tier

Use this path if you're already on a paid plan and want to move to a higher tier.

  1. Click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.

  2. Click Upgrade to Expert if you're on the Pro plan, or Upgrade to Max if you're on the Expert plan.

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm your upgrade.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Will I lose my designs if I change plans?

I switched to yearly billing but I'm still being prompted to upgrade when using AI.

I subscribed to a paid plan but I'm still being prompted to upgrade.

I upgraded but my account still shows as Free.

Can I get a refund if I upgrade by mistake?
