Find your invoice

You can download past invoices or receipts directly from your billing dashboard. Here's how to find them.

#How to access your invoices

1. From the home page, click your team workspace below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.

2. Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.

3. Click Billing Information to open the billing dashboard.

4. Scroll down to the Invoice History section.

5. Click the invoice you'd like to download.

6. You'll be taken to the Stripe invoice page. Click Download Invoice to save it.

Need a receipt instead? Follow the same steps. On the Stripe invoice page (step 4), select Download Receipt.

#Can't find your invoices?

Make sure you're logged into the correct account. Check that your account is on a paid plan, the billing dashboard isn't available on the Free plan. Try refreshing the page or switching to a different browser. Still not seeing it? Contact our support team and we'll help you out.
