Update your browser and operating system
Update Chrome, Firefox, or Safari so Kittl runs on a supported, current browser version with fewer compatibility issues.
Keeping your browser and operating system up to date ensures Kittl runs smoothly, loads correctly, and has access to the latest web capabilities it relies on. If you're seeing features not loading, the editor behaving unexpectedly, or performance feeling sluggish, an outdated browser or OS is often the cause. Updating takes just a couple of minutes.
Kittl works best on the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Update Google Chrome
Open Chrome.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Go to Help > About Google Chrome.
Chrome will check for updates automatically. If one is available, click Update Google Chrome.

After updating
Once your browser or OS is updated:
Close and reopen your browser completely. Don't just refresh the tab.
Clear your browser cache if you're still running into issues. Go to your browser settings and clear cached images and files.
Log back into Kittl and try again.
