Cancelling a subscription
Cancel a Kittl subscription from Team Settings and keep paid-plan access until the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel your Kittl subscription at any time. No long-term commitment needed. Once cancelled, your plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle, so you can keep using all premium features until then.
How to cancel your subscription
Option 1: Cancel from “Manage your subscription”
From the home page, click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.
Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.
Click Manage your subscription.
Find the Cancel Subscription button in the lower-left corner of the page.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Option 2: Cancel from “Billing Information”
From the home page, click your workspace avatar below the Kittl logo in the upper-left corner.
Go to Team Settings > Plan & Billing.
Click Billing Information to open the billing dashboard.
In the upper-right corner, click Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Before you cancel
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
You can upgrade again at any time.
What happens after you cancel
Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.
You'll keep full access to all premium features until then.
When your billing period ends, your account moves to the Free plan.
