Update your account information
Update your Kittl account email, save the change, confirm the new address, and avoid addresses already used by another account.
Keep your profile current by updating your profile photo, name, username, and email address. You'll find all of these in Settings, under Account.
What you can update
Profile photo: upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF up to 1MB.
Full Name: the name other people see on your profile, below your designs, and in comments.
Username: sets your profile web address, kittl.com/username.
Email Address: the email you use to log in and get account notifications.
How to update your account information
From the home page, click your profile photo in the upper-right corner.
Click Settings.
In the personal section, click Account.
Update any of these fields: profile photo, Full Name, Username, or Email Address.
Click the Save Settings button below those fields.
Change your email address
When you change your email address, we'll send a confirmation email to the new address.
Your change only takes effect once you confirm it.
You can't use an email address that's already linked to another account.
After you confirm, log in with your new email address.
Troubleshooting
My changes didn't save.
Make sure you clicked the Save Settings button directly below the account fields, not the one below the password fields.
I didn't get the confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the new address is typed correctly. Still nothing? Contact our support team.
My profile photo won't upload.
Check that the file is a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF and is 1MB or smaller.
