Downgrading your subscription

Understand which features become limited after downgrading and how to move from a paid Kittl plan back to Free.

#Losing access to certain features

If you downgrade from a Kittl Expert subscription, you'll lose access to some features depending on the new plan you choose:

• Premium templates

• Advanced Image and video Gen

• Unlimited projects

• Reframe to extend the frame of the image to create a new aspect ratio

• High-resolution downloads...

#Restricted access to certain features

If you downgrade from an Expert account:

• To a Pro account: 2,000 AI Tokens from 6,000 monthly plus 200 daily AI tokens.

• To a Free account: 0 AI Tokens from 6,000 monthly plus 200 daily AI tokens.

#Downgrade your subscription from Pro/Expert to Free

1. Hover on your profile image in the upper right corner and click “Subscription” from the dropdown menu.

2. Find the plan that fits your needs.

3. Click “Get Pro” or “Get Free” to downgrade.

4. If you downgrade from Expert to Pro, choose a payment plan then click "Proceed to Checkout". Add a payment method. If applicable, add a promo code. Whether you are using a Credit/Debit card or PayPal you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Make sure to complete the payment before you leave the page.

5. If you downgrade from Expert or Pro to Free, after clicking on "Get Free," click on "Cancel Subscription."
