Delete your Kittl account
Learn what to do before deleting your Kittl account, including cancellation, data deletion, teams, workspaces, and support contact.
Account deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you're sure you want to proceed, you'll need to contact Kittl's support team to request it. There's no self-serve option in the website.
What you'll lose
Before you request deletion, here's what you'll permanently lose access to:
All projects in your personal workspace
All projects in your team workspace, which will no longer be accessible to your workspace members
Commercial rights to any designs you created with Kittl

Contact Kittl support via the in-app chat or by emailing support@kittl.com to request account deletion.
Common quesitons
Can I pause or deactivate my account instead of deleting it?
Not currently. The only option is permanent deletion. If you're on a paid plan, you can downgrade to Free to keep your account without being charged.
What happens to my team workspace when I delete my account?
Your team workspace will also be deleted, and your team members will lose access to any projects tied to your account. We recommend sharing an editable copy of your projects with your workspace members before requesting deletion, so they can keep their own copies.
Will my commercial rights be revoked immediately?
Yes. Once your account is deleted, you no longer hold commercial rights to designs created in Kittl.
